However, if you change your mind, we’re here to help.
Returns & Exchanges
You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order, provided that:
• The item is unused and in its original, resalable condition
• The product is returned with its original packaging
• The return request is submitted within 30 days of delivery
Due to the size, weight, and made-to-order nature of our furniture, return shipping costs and any return-related customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your package upon delivery.
• If you notice visible damage to the outer box, do not accept the delivery and request a Damage Assessment Report from the courier.
• If damage is noticed after opening the package, please contact us immediately.
In cases of shipping damage or production-related defects, Oobje takes full responsibility and will arrange a suitable solution at no additional cost to you.
Return Shipment Responsibility
Returned items must be securely packed in their original packaging to prevent damage during transit.
We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as Oobje cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost during return shipping.
Refund Process
Once the returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 1–3 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
