If you are for any reason unhappy with your goods, please contact us.

We will happily issue a replacement or refund providing the items are returned within 14 days after you have received your order, complete with all original tags and in their original resalable condition.
Please inspect your order upon delivery. Oobje is not responsible for defects or damages reported later than 14 days after the delivery date.
Oobje is not responsible for return shipping costs, customs duties, or any additional fees related to returned items.
Please ensure all returned items are securely packed in their original packaging to avoid any damage during transit.
We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service for returns, as Oobje is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
Once your return reaches us, the item(s) will be inspected and your refund will be processed within 1–3 business days.
If your return does not meet the conditions above, this return policy may not apply.
